Some narrow minded individuals hold the opinion that health wellness products are a waste of money. They think that health wellness products are a corporate con designed to part ordinary people from their hard earned cash. I am not a fan of greedy corporations. For example, I deplore companies that sell junk food, hard liquor and tobacco. Nevertheless, I use health wellness products because I think they offer great value for money. When you are fit and healthy you don’t get sick. When you don’t get sick you don’t have to pay hundreds of dollars in insurance co pays to cover the cost of medical care.  Besides, I know how I feel when I don’t use my health wellness products. If I forget to take my vitamins and supplements, I feel tired and listless. If I don’t use my free weights or step machine, I feel sluggish and out of shape. The health wellness products that I use keep me feeling fit and healthy, which is the whole point of using them. So if you think health wellness products are a waste of money, just keep telling yourself that. I bet you pay more in medical expenses than I ever will.
