Health Wellness Products that Won't Break the Bank |

With over half of America considered obese it is no wonder why health wellness products sell so well. What people tend to forget is that eating a food health vitamin every day before work will not be the magic cure to become healthy. Some good old fashion exercise is necessary to success. Eating right by meeting the USDA’s requirements for proteins, carbs and fats is only part of the battle. While eating well is worth a lot, exercise is needed to keep the body at optimal level.
Most people eat 1-3 servings of legumes, 2-3 servings of vegetables but often forget to eat enough fruit. Fruit has a high amount of vitamins and minerals that are essential to wellness. If I were to suggest health wellness products they would contain micronutrients. Vitamins are carbon containing compounds that help regulate many body processes.
Did you know that certain fats contain vitamin A, D, E and K? Foods like corn oil and butter fat are great sources for the vitamins listed. The vitamins listed are also considered fat soluble and not required every day so look for a food health vitamin that has vitamin C and other insoluble micronutrients.
